PROJECT: Juego Libre, the streaming site

ROLE: Design a website for streaming football matches with payment methods

DURATION: 1 month

Vision

Juego Libre aimed to be a disruptive platform in Mendoza, Argentina. It offered the broadcasting of football (soccer) matches through the platform, freely and only asking for donations to keep it running.

Challenges

  • Limited time (one month) and budget

  • Responsive design for access on every device

  • Payment/Donation methods with easy access

The idea was to offer a broadcasting platform for people from Mendoza who wanted to hear a different way of streaming

Analysis & Wireframing

Before starting with my design process, I looked at other webpages that offered similar content in the country. With that in mind, I found a common pattern and began sketching how the site could look like.

What we achieved by doing this:

  • Understand the market and competitors

  • See what are the common trends

  • Ideate payment/donation methods

User Testing

Before launching the site, it was tested among the client and its users, checking its functionality and performance.
